  • Yes of course, whilst Stephanie specialises in afro hair she is trained to treat all hair types and ethnicities.

BOOKING POLICY

  • In the event of a cancelled appointment your fee will be refunded as long as do it within 48 hours. If it is outside this time then a 50% fee will be charged.


  • You can do so by logging into your account using your phone number. Any appointment changes must be made within 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise you may be charged a rescheduling fee of 50%.

APPOINTMENT

  • Yes, it is a private studio.

  • Full details of how to prepare for your appointment will be in your confirmation email. However, where possible, it helps if your hair has not been washed for 48 hours before your appointment, though if that has not been possible, it will not affect your consultation, just let me know when you arrive. Where possible, it is best to wear your hair loose rather than in a braided style, though if you wear locs or your hair is braided or weaved, this will not stop your consultation from taking place. It is also helpful if you bring pictures of the hair care products you use, with the ingredients labels showing, along with any shed or broken hairs and any other information you feel is relevant. Please also complete any information requested on your intake form ahead of time.

  • Stephanie recommends blood tests are done as she treats hair loss holistically. She has a panel that is specially created for hair loss and differs from what the G.P. would request. Nonetheless, she can also also write a letter to the G.P with a suggestion of the necessary blood tests.
