  • I cannot make my appointment can I get a refund?

    In the event of a cancelled appointment your fee will be refunded as long as do it within 48 hours. If it is outside this time then a 25% fee will be charged.

  • How do I change or cancel my appointment?

    You can do so by logging into your account using your phone number. Any appointment changes must be made within 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 25%.

  • Do you treat men?

    Yes of course.

  • Will the consultation take place in a private room?

    Yes, we are a private clinic.

  • Do you treat all hair types and ethnicities?

    Yes of course, whilst we specialise in afro hair we are trained to treat all hair types and ethnicities.

  • Do you offer payment plans for Consultations and Treatments?

    Not at the moment.

  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

    Full details of how to prepare for your appointment will be in your confirmation email. However hair should be left unwashed for at least 48 hours before attendance. Ideally hair should be left loose though it is appreciated that with loc hairstyles this is not possible.

  • Is your service covered by private medical insurance?

    Unfortunately, it is not.

  • Do I need a G.P. referral to see you?

    No you do not. You can book an appointment without any referrals.
